As the situation around COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to evolve, and as the outbreak had been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, we would to take this time to highlight how we plan to protect our customers, vendors and the entire team of Windshield ShatterFix post lock down.Post lock down we would be working to serve our customers during the regular working hours as per Government guidelines and will continue to ensure that everyone visiting our shop is kept as safe as possible. Our goal is to control the virus while maintaining a healthy and inviting environment for everyone.

Our COVID-19 prevention plan includes the following points:



Increased sanitization of high-traffic areas and touch points, this is in addition to our general daily cleaning and weekly professional cleaning service.


In Shop Safety

Safety communication is in place throughout all our shops, including posters outlining hand-washing techniques, prevention, and steps to take if a staff member were to experience symptoms.


Hand Sanitizer

Due to shortage of hand sanitizer, we will have limited supply for guests, please make sure to bring your own.


Vehicle Preparation

Customer vehicles that are brought to the shop would be sanitized on the common touch points - door handles, steering wheel, gear knob and window glass before starting the work. Should you have any sensitivities to these chemicals, please contact us prior to bringing your vehicle in.


Customers and COVID-19


If any of the following conditions apply to you, we ask to come back to you at a later date and contact nearest government health live helpdesk.

1. You have symptoms relating to COVID-19 such as a fever, cough, difficulty in breathing, or others as outlined by World Health Organization. 

2. You have traveled outside of India within the last 28 days.

3. You have been in close contact with anyone who has diagnosed with COVID-19 virus within the last 14 days.
